Alabama has steel mills, paper mills, and heavy industrial facilities running high-voltage electrical systems. Those systems need regular infrared surveys: loose bus connections, overloaded breakers, and failing transformer bushings show up as hot spots long before they cause an outage or a fire.

The Gulf coast from Mobile to Gulf Shores takes the same hurricane hits as the Florida panhandle. Post-storm IR scans find moisture trapped in roof assemblies and wall cavities that passed visual inspection. Insurance adjusters increasingly want IR documentation before approving remediation scope.

Mobile and Birmingham have completely different building stocks. Coastal buildings fight salt air corrosion and wind-driven rain. Birmingham's older commercial buildings have insulation and envelope problems typical of inland construction: thermal bridging at steel studs, failed vapor barriers, worn-out window seals. We work both markets.
