Coastal South Carolina has the same humidity problem as Florida. Warm moist air hits cooled interior walls and condenses. Mold grows behind drywall where you can't see it. An IR scan maps the cool spots and moisture signatures so you can open up the right sections instead of guessing.

New construction along the coast (Myrtle Beach, Hilton Head, Mount Pleasant) needs envelope testing to make sure the building shell performs before the GC walks away. We do IR-assisted air barrier verification and water penetration testing on these projects.
